Amir is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and practises in accordance with the GOsC's Osteopathic Practice Standards.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online via our booking platform, by telephone, or by email.
• An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes; follow-up treatments typically last 45 minutes.
• You will be asked to complete a case history form prior to or at your first appointment, including relevant medical history. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
• We reserve the right to decline or refer on any booking where, in our professional judgement, osteopathic treatment is not appropriate or another form of care is required.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• We kindly request at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g. 24 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee or Percentage].

Osteopathic treatment, like any healthcare intervention, carries some risk of soreness, discomfort, or, rarely, more significant adverse effects. These will be discussed with you as part of the consent process.

5. Fees & Payment

• Current fees are available on our website or on request from the clinic.
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
