I am a GOsC registered osteopath with clinical experience in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. Holding a degree in osteopathic medicine from the well established College of Osteopaths, my clinical focus spans general MSK conditions from back, shoulder, neck, hip, and general joint restrictions and muscle aches to more in depth sports and running injuries, and specialist care for pregnant and postnatal women. My approach is rooted in evidence informed practice, combining structural osteopathic technique with functional movement assessment and personalised rehabilitation.
